Your data. Your control.

A new vision for secure storage, private cloud and AI computing. Built around the people who own the information.

01 / THE OFFERING

Keep your knowledge close.
Put it to work.

Storage is the beginning. The opportunity is to give organizations a protected environment for their information—and useful ways to work with it.

PROPOSED SERVICE / 01In development

A repository you can call your own.

Planned encrypted storage for valuable records, research and working files, with clear policies for access, retention, backup and export.

Designed for organizations that need to preserve information without giving up control.

The services described here are proposed. Availability, technical protections and service commitments will be defined for each pilot before customer data is accepted.

02 / OUR FOUNDING PRINCIPLES

Trust should have
something behind it.

Privacy is a responsibility to engineer, document and verify. These are the commitments guiding the business we are building.

01

Your information stays yours.

Our founding commitment: no selling customer data, no advertising profiles and no training shared AI models on customer content.

02

Control you can understand.

Clear choices about where information lives, who can access it, how keys are managed and how to take your data with you.

03

Boundaries that hold.

Customer environments separated from other customers, Dittman research and affiliated businesses. Common ownership should never imply common access.

04

Evidence over assurances.

Security architecture, independent assessment and contracts that describe the protections actually provided. Specific commitments before broad claims.

03 / ROOTED IN ALASKA

Independent thinking.
Solid ground.

Alaska’s respect for privacy and independence is the starting point for DRC. We want to turn that tradition into practical customer control.

Our longer-term vision brings data, computing and dependable onsite power together. NuCube-powered facilities are a future opportunity, subject to technology readiness, approvals and demonstrated economics.

What Alaska means for your data ↘
Location matters. So does architecture.

Alaska is part of the United States. Hosting here does not create an exemption from applicable federal law or lawful legal process.

04 / A PRACTICAL FIRST STEP

Decades of records.
A better way to find answers.

Imagine an engineering firm bringing its reports, drawings and correspondence into one private environment. Its team can search past work and ask an AI assistant questions grounded in its own documents.

That is the kind of focused, useful pilot we want to develop with early partners.

What did we learn about foundation conditions on our previous northern projects?
Start with your own records.

A private assistant could help locate relevant project reports, compare findings and point your team back to the source material.

05 / CLEAR ANSWERS

A few things
worth asking.

Can we use DRC today?

DRC is in development. We are inviting conversations with organizations interested in shaping an early pilot. There is no production storage service or customer upload portal on this website.

Will DRC be able to read my data?

The answer depends on the service architecture. A client-encrypted vault can keep decryption keys outside the provider’s control. AI processing requires additional protections while data is in use. Each pilot must specify these boundaries and its key-management model before deployment.

Does Alaska provide a special legal shield?

Alaska’s constitutional privacy tradition informs our values. It does not exempt a provider from applicable federal law or lawful disclosure obligations. We intend to describe the legal and technical protections precisely, with qualified counsel.

How does DRC relate to Dittman?

The proposed structure places Data Repository Corporation alongside Dittman Research and Dittman AI. Their roles are distinct: research and advice, intelligence products, and private data infrastructure. Customer data must remain separated across those activities.

Will the facilities run on NuCube power?

That is a longer-term opportunity, not a current operating claim. Any NuCube-powered expansion would depend on technology readiness, approvals, reliable power arrangements and customer demand. Initial pilots can use existing infrastructure.

Where will data and backups be located?

Locations, replication, support access and subprocessors will be documented for each service. An Alaska-based vision is not a claim that all proposed pilot processing or backups already occur in Alaska.

HELP SHAPE WHAT COMES NEXT

Your information has value.
Let’s build around it.

We’re looking for organizations with a clear need for private storage and AI computing—and a willingness to help shape the right solution.

ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

A website.
Not a data vault.

This marketing website has no customer accounts, file uploads, analytics scripts or advertising trackers added by DRC.

The contact form prepares an email in your email application. Website hosting and access providers may process standard connection information and access logs under their own policies.

Proposed cloud services will require separate contracts, privacy notices and security documentation before launch.
