DAVID
KELEHER
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT AND
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
David Keleher is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial
Officer of DRC. Mr. Keleher is responsible
for the Company's treasury, financial planning, investor relations, government compliance, and accounting activities.
Prior to joining DRC, Mr. Keleher was an executive at
Raytheon Company, holding the positions of Assistant Corporate
Controller and, most recently, Group Controller for the Commercial
Electronics Division. Mr. Keleher brings to DRC more than 25 years of
financial management experience in the defense and information
technology industries, including senior management positions in
corporate finance and operations at Digital Equipment Corporation.
Mr. Keleher holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from
the Whittemore School at the University of New Hampshire and a Masters
degree in Business Administration from the Johnson School of Management at
Cornell University. Mr. Keleher also holds a public accounting certificate
from the State of New Hampshire.
