JAMES
P. REGAN
CHAIRMAN,
PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
James P. Regan is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of
Dynamics Research Corporation
(DRC).
Prior to his present position, Mr. Regan was President and
Chief Executive Officer of CVSI, Incorporated, an international
information technology solutions and services company, serving commercial
and government customers with offices in the United States, Europe, and
the Pacific.
Prior to joining CVSI, Mr. Regan was a Senior Vice
President of Litton PRC, responsible for managing the Information Systems
Business unit, which offered systems development, deployment, and support
services. This included large IDIQ contracts such as the
Super-Minicomputer (SMP) and Joint Engineering Data Management Information
and Control System (JEDMICS), as well as information management solution
offerings to commercial, government, and international markets, and
emergency response systems (911) for states and local governments. Earlier
Mr. Regan was a Vice President and Division General Manager with Advanced
Technology, Incorporated, which merged with PRC in 1991.
Prior to joining Advanced Technology, Inc., Mr. Regan
directed systems engineering and production functions at headquarters,
field, and operational levels for the United States Navy. He served as
Director of Operations for the AEGIS Program and Executive Director of the
Arleigh Burke Ship Acquisition Program.
Mr. Regan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical
Engineering from Villanova University and a Master of Science degree in
Electrical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a
graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Executive Management
Program.
