show our commitment. Create the Future Now is a program
introduced within DRC that equips all of our employees to excel in their
roles. We have asked our employees to look beyond the minimum
requirements of their roles and identify ways to grow their career and
the company. Many employees joined collaboration teams to develop new
capabilities. Other employees have developed education plans to enhance
DRC’s technical depth. Others have come up with creative people programs
to attract and retain the best talent in our industry. Every employee

Social Events
One of the keys to a fulfilling career is the quality of
relationships with coworkers. Those relationships build better work environments
and help us to better serve our clients. DRC fosters a vibrant work setting and
beneficial working relationships through various social events. In fact, there
is a volunteer group that organizes and communicates social events for the
company. Some past events include day hikes, summer movie nights, outdoor
concerts, and the corporate picnic.
Community Service
DRC is a vibrant organization of employees who are
passionate about service to our communities and who believe that
improving the quality of life for others improves our quality of life as
well. DRC employees are active in numerous company-wide and individual
efforts to positively affect the communities in which they live in work.
Through our community service activities DRC each year challenges our
employees and our company to participate in more charitable events and
make more charitable donations. Employees are involved in everything
from teaching middle school students to tutoring to sponsoring
cancer-society fundraisers. In 2012, we served organizations such as the
Jimmy Fund, Relay for Life, National Day of Service, the Lazarus House,
the American Red Cross, and Vettes to Vets.
Sports Teams
DRC encourages healthy living.
Throughout the year, DRC participates in numerous team
sports including soccer, softball, ultimate Frisbee, and
even football. All employees are welcome to participate at
any skill level and even those who don't feel like playing
are encouraged to attend the games or matches to cheer on
the DRC Team.
