- Cost Research
- Support of ESC Cost Tools
- Development and Sustainment of Cost Tools
- Development and Presentation of Cost Tools Training
- Data Collection and Analysis
- Earned Value Management Systems Analysis and
Training
Features:
- Task Order types: Labor Hour, Firm Fixed Price, Cost
Reimbursement
- Performance period of any TO must not go beyond the
basic ordering period.
- Program ceiling - $88 million
