Contract Overview:
The primary focus of this requirement
will be on addressing the Army's training and leader
development needs through research and studies that result
in a multi-skilled, agile, and deployable force. The task
areas are:
- Analysis of training needs and requirements,
including the design and development of innovative
tools, methods, materials, media, and guidelines or
decision support systems.
- Design and development of exemplar or prototype
training programs and training environments, including
tools, methods, instructional materials, simulations,
and advanced distributed learning courseware.
- Doctrine development support
- Design, development, and application of assessment
and evaluation tools and methods for application to
existing or newly developed and implemented training
programs. Training support
- Design, development, and evaluation of methods and
tools for the implementation and management of training
and Soldier development programs.
