DRC's services in information
technology, training, process improvement, and program
management, are helping to keep America's homeland secure.
DRC's instructional systems and customized courseware for
Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are saving taxpayer
dollars by delivering web-based training. DRC provides a
comprehensive set of program management and operational
support services, customer assistance support, and social
media development support to the U.S. Citizenship and
Immigration Services (USCIS) Information and Customer
Service Division (ICSD). We are providing strategic planning
support to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) –
Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Systems
Development Division (SDD). DRC provides the Department of
Homeland Security (DHS) Information Security Office (ISO)
with a wide array of information security services,
including support for the implementation of the annual DHS
Information Security Performance Plan and achievement of
compliance with the Federal Information Security Management
Act (FISMA). We are providing the United States Secret
Service (USSS) with Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) to
support all systems and major applications within the USSS
IT FISMA inventory, classified and unclassified. DRC is
providing high-end Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) consulting to the
DHS Office of the Chief Information Officer under the
Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions
(EAGLE) Program. As a prime contractor on the EAGLE
contract, we provide information technology management
services for the 22 components and agencies that currently
comprise the DHS.
DRC is providing DHS/FEMA Mission
Support Bureau (MSB), Office of the Chief Administrative
Office (OCAO), Internal Control Program (ICP) with a broad
range of support in the areas of program and project
management, management of internal controls, risk
management, business process improvement or reengineering,
web-based training, and program integration.
DRC is providing a wide range of services to the of Homeland
Security (DHS) Enterprise Architecture Program Management Office (PMO)
in the general areas of Enterprise Architecture governance
support and Enterprise Architecture technical support. These
services include: maintaining the DHS EA repository;
implementing the DHS segment architecture methodology,
providing independent assessments of the architectural
artifacts for component Enterprise Architecture programs;
providing support for functional reviews of requirements,
business process models, transition plans, and performance
measures; supporting the development of HLS EA concepts of
operations, policies, procedures or directives; and
assisting in the creation, update, and advancement of HLS EA
communication and outreach strategy to DHS components and
Enterprise Architecture stakeholders. |
