Since 1992 DRC has supported a number of clients in the Intelligence Community (IC). We understand the unique security and personnel aspects of operating on contracts of this nature. Our range of support to the IC includes: software development and infrastructure management; engineering; training; test planning and management; configuration management; logistics; business process definition; business process reengineering; document management systems planning and implementation, records management; workflow application planning, definition, configuration, and testing; user training; system security support; data migration; and system certification and accreditation.

DRC also helps DoD Intelligence agencies implement Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS), which provides a common competitive, pay-for-performance personnel system for all DoD Intelligence Components.
