Local Solutions
DRC's State & Local Programs Division partners with
customers to develop, implement and operate IT applications,
infrastructure and performance support solutions. We began supporting
state government in the mid-90s, when we transferred a Statewide
Automated Child Welfare Information System (SACWIS) from Oklahoma for
use in New Hampshire. The modified system, NH Bridges, has achieved
federal compliance and is still in use today. Since NH Bridges, we’ve
expanded our customer base and solution portfolio.
We provide the full spectrum of IT
infrastructure services from network and infrastructure
design through application delivery. By applying ITIL tenets
and experienced technologists, we’re able to help our
customers 'do more with less'. We build applications using
Agile Development Methodologies that conform to SEI-CMMI
Level 3. We apply techniques that allow a complex software
application to be delivered incrementally, allowing users
and stakeholders to exercise the application as it emerges
which has proven to improve quality and functional fit.
We also design and deliver award winning
Agile Performance Support (APS) solutions, often as part of
the implementation of a complex software application. We
address the unique needs of a diverse audience of adult
learners. Our blended solution includes e-learning,
classroom training, online help and job aids. APS enables
end users to obtain just-in-time, just-enough training –
when and where needed.
