SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) enables electronic procurement of Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services by NAVSEA's Warfare Center community. This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract enables the DRC Team to compete for task orders totaling $10 billion over 15 years, if all options are exercised. SeaPort-e extends the current procurement vehicle, SeaPort, by leveraging SeaPort's successful business model and efficiencies. SeaPort-e will help naval activities reduce costs and promote business efficiencies in the effort to lead the Navy on a successful course. SeaPort-e furthers the Navy's Seapower 21 objective to increase efficiency, and allows for tailoring services according to the needs of geographically-dispersed organizations with significantly diverse product area requirements and missions. All NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, MSC, NAVFAC, SSP, ONR, and USMC contracting officers can order from the SeaPort-e contract. The DRC TeamDRC® has been providing support to the United States Navy for over 50 years. With 2007 annual revenue of in excess of $229.6M and almost 1400 employees spread across the seven zones of the SeaPort-e contract, DRC possesses the infrastructure, management experience, and technical depth and breadth to effectively manage the delivery of high quality Engineering, Technical and Programmatic support services while maximizing innovation and cost reduction initiatives. DRC has formed a comprehensive, fully integrated team of 37 subcontractors to support NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, MSC, NAVFAC, SSP, ONR, and USMC and its related PEOs and to meet the multifunctional challenges of the SeaPort-e contract. Individual team member capabilities are included on this DRC Team web portal. Collectively, the DRC Team provides incumbent expertise, stability, and the capability to provide skills to NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, MSC, NAVFAC, SSP, ONR, and USMC; that may not have been required in the past. Furthermore, this robust Team also can support any new task order requirements by providing large quantities of multi-functional experts with no disruption or learning curve. The DRC Team has broad experience supporting Navy and other Department of Defense customers across the functional areas identified in the Statement of Work (SOW). Of our 37 subcontractors, 16 are either, small, small disadvantaged, woman-owned small business, service disabled veteran owned small business or HUB-zone small businesses, i.e., 43% of the DRC Team is comprised of small businesses. The DRC Team of small businesses provides incumbent expertise, stability, and the capability to provide the skills to NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVSUP, MSC, NAVFAC, SSP, ONR, and USMC that are required in the 22 functional areas of the SOW.
