National Security Agency (NSA) Cryptologic Mission
Management Program
Challenge
NSA needed systems engineering support
in the Signal Intelligence (SIGINT) Directorate (SID)
Systems Engineering Office (SEO) and the Unified Cryptologic
Architecture Office (UCAO), and with several individual
resource and monitoring systems across the U.S. Cryptologic
system.
Solution
DRC conducted analysis, defined and
managed requirements, and documented enterprise architecture
and functionality and interoperability of the
systems-of-systems, across the Intel community
Benefits/Achievements
Our work has provided the groundwork for
a multi-year effort that combines the attributes of
service-based architecture, and both the Net-Centric
Operations and Warfare (NCOW) Reference Model and the
Department of Defense Global Information Grid (GIG).
