Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control and Validate (DMAICV) Solution

The DMAICV framework is used as the architecture of the solution, and the LSS methodologies are applied in a very disciplined and systematic manner to execute the improvement initiatives defined through the strategic planning and policy deployment process.
The solution is highly versatile and can be applied in any organization and at any functional level.
Core Value Streams are the principal elements of the solution. They define the 'As-Is' state, they are used to design the 'To-Be' state, and, through Gap Analysis, they define a step-by-step plan to achieve the 'To-Be' state.

TOC is used as the foundation of the CPI effort – it rapidly puts processes under control to maximize throughput and achieve highly reliable throughput. Buffer management technology is utilized to manage and monitor process performance.
