Lean Six Sigma Solutions (LSS) Solutions
Our Solutions
DRC offers two ground-breaking CPI
solutions to satisfy organizational CPI requirements. Our
Lean Sensei’s and Master Black Belts will work with your
organization to determine which methodology best satisfies
your specific needs.
Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve,
Control and Validate (DMAICV) Solution

-
The DMAICV framework is used as the
architecture of the solution, and the LSS methodologies
are applied in a very disciplined and systematic manner
to execute the improvement initiatives defined through
the strategic planning and policy deployment process.
-
The solution is highly versatile and
can be applied in any organization and at any functional
level.
-
Core Value Streams are the principal
elements of the solution. They define the 'As-Is' state,
they are used to design the 'To-Be' state, and, through
Gap Analysis, they define a step-by-step plan to achieve
the 'To-Be' state.
-
Lean Tools are used to attack waste
and deliver quantum improvements in process velocity.
-
Six Sigma Tools are used to achieve
defect-free outputs and system control.
Theory of Constraints (TOC)-LSS Integrated Solution

-
The solution brings together the
leading edge CPI technologies – TOC-LSS.
-
The TOC-LSS Integrated solution is
an evolving technology which promises to take CPI to the
next level.
-
DRC has partnered with the Avraham
Goldratt Institute (AGI) to bring this new and exciting
technology to the market-place.
-
The TOC-LSS Integrated solution has
achieved phenomenal results with organizations that have
a high degree of variability in their processes.
-
The solution is based on the
strategic objectives of the organization and ensures
that only high impact improvement opportunities are
identified and implemented.
-
TOC is used as the foundation of the
CPI effort – it rapidly puts processes under control to
maximize throughput and achieve highly reliable
throughput. Buffer management technology is utilized to
manage and monitor process performance.
-
LSS is applied in a
focused manner to eliminate waste, achieve high levels
of efficiency and quality and produce defect-free
products and services.
-
The proven process achieves true
bottom line results, and, unlike other methodologies
which take a 'shot-gun' approach to CPI, it ensures
maximum returns and best value for an organization's
investment in CPI.
