Challenge
NAVAIR needed assistance in implementing
AirSpeed, its approved Naval Aviation integration and
modernization solution to share best business practices
throughout the Naval Aviation Enterprise. AIRSpeed
focuses on the total aviation solution within all levels of
supply and maintenance.
Solution
As a subcontractor to Avraham Y.
Goldratt Institute (AGI), DRC provides Lean Six Sigma
technical support services for NAVAIR Maintenance activities
and provides Lean Six Sigma training and certification at
various NAVAIR facilities around the world.

Evidence collected by the Navy,
indicates that the AIRSpeed Program:
