For more than 30 years DRC has been
delivering systems integration solutions to help government organizations meet their information needs and
management challenges. We know how to integrate numerous
heterogeneous information systems and technologies

infrastructures, both Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and customized.
As a leading mid-size
company, DRC brings to bear the personnel, technology
resources and industry standard practices of a large company
with the responsiveness of a small company to provide a
comprehensive yet responsive approach to systems
integration.
DRC has a set of Industry Standard
Program Management practices based on accepted methodologies
and processes (e.g., Project Management Body of Knowledge
[PMBoK®]), ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems, CMMI,
and ITIL). We have successfully applied these practices on a
wide range of system integration contracts that involved
extensive subcontractor teams, performance-based service,
and SLAs requirements. As an industry leader in business
transformation, we apply continuous process improvement
techniques to constantly refine and update our external
practices and internal functional procedures. DRC employs a
state-of-the-art, Web-based DCAA-approved financial
management/enterprise business system (EBS), PeopleSoft to
quickly generate financial reports. We employ Microsoft
SharePoint to provide a collaborative project management
environment.
DRC has implemented industry best
practices in quality management. We are an independently registered ISO
9001:2000 Quality Management System (ISO QMS) corporation.
DRC's CMMI Level 3 processes and work products have been
validated as fully compliant with the SEI's at Level 3.
DRC's Risk Management program involves
continual identification of issues and risks that are the
responsibility of all employees. DRC recognizes that
technical, schedule, and cost performance risks must be
managed throughout the program's life cycle.
