Challenge
HUD sought to rectify acute shortfalls
in its internal management of human capital through
implementation of the HIHRTS. HIHRTS is a comprehensive HR
system designed to re-engineer the human resources process,
integrate all HR information into a single platform,
facilitate strategic planning and employee development, and
ensure effective use of HR resources.
Solution

Developed a Risk Assessment Analysis
tool to describe project risks and to identify and plan
for risk-reducing options

Analyzed the implementation strategy
and recommended strategic improvements and project
management process improvements

resource processes and system alignment
