The IRS needed highly qualified IT infrastructure support on a number of key high-visibility programs.

Solutions

DRC provides IT infrastructure support to a number of critical programs including:

Collection Services Systems (CSS) – DRC provides full life cycle development support that includes Security Certification support along with enterprise architecture (EA) analysis to ensure that all development adheres to the IRS EA in areas such as communications, transaction processing and system management.
Credit Card Initiative – DRC provides Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) of Web and Interactive Voice Response applications and network security assessment, and reviews and evaluates security documentation.
Enforcement Revenue Information System (ERIS) – DRC has provided independently-assessed SEI CMM Level 3 Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) support, including independent testing.
