Navy Central HIV Program (NCHP)
Challenge
The Navy's HIV Management System (HMS), which supports clinical
and patient management at field, hospital and branch
clinical locations worldwide and processes over 1,000,000
patient records per month, needed a broad range of IT
infrastructure support.
Solution
DRC manages the entire systems
development life cycle of HMS including, web-based/HTTP/FTP
communications with multiple DoD/TriCare interfaces,
database administration / maintenance, application
development/enhancement, and information assurance
compliance with NETWARCOM/DISA requirements.
