U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
Challenge
The USCIS administers immigration and
naturalization adjudication functions and establishes
immigration services, policies, and priorities. Service
Centers maintain the mail, data entry, fee collection, file
and adjudication operations of most applications and/or
petitions for immigration services and benefits. Currently,
USCIS processes approximately five million applications and
petitions at the four Service Centers located in Laguna
Niguel, California; Lincoln, Nebraska; Dallas, Texas; and
St. Albans, Vermont. The USCIS needed quality assurance
support.
Solutions
Under a subcontract to Stanley Inc., DRC
provides comprehensive quality assurance to USCIS Department
of Homeland Security Service Centers. DRC monitors Center
processes to ensure all requirements and standards are met
on the USCIS three-year, $225 million indefinite
delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract.
